IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight and destination of your package. Each package is provided with a tracking number. Be advised that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details, along with the tracking number. Tracking information with only be updated after 24 hours since your order has shipped.
Please note that we only process and ship out orders during working days (Monday-Friday), from 9 am to 6 pm PHT, and processing may take up to 5-10 working days. During new issue releases, processing may take longer than usual (up to 15-20 working days) due to the high volume of orders.
PHILIPPINES
Orders will be shipped via Ninja Van or GIKAH Express (via LBC) and are insured with a tracking number. If your order is not within Ninja Van's serviceable area, then GIKAH Express will be the only courier option provided for you upon checkout. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated. Once the courier receives your package, you will be updated via text message to the phone number provided upon checkout. Please ensure that you provide a valid 10-digit local cellphone number. The buyer assumes all responsibilities after delivery including loss of items after delivery and of claims made with the shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipments are insured with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities after delivery including loss of items after delivery and of claims made with the shipping carrier. International orders will be shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on what is available to your country.
